Many people think that you can compete only by price. That is, if you lower the price, you get more clients. That's not true! High-quality and convenient service is one of the factors that determines the client's choice.
I'll give you an example. When we finish working on a website, I ask whether the customer wants to manage the website (publish photos, news, etc.) on their own or if it's more convenient for them to use my help. In the first case (on their own), I make a video clip with a screen recording, where I show in detail what and where to click. This is how I train the client - it's a simple and effective method. And the main advantage is that you can return to this video in a month or even a year, refresh your knowledge and add updated materials to the website.
Example - 2. When I was taking photos in Tver, it was difficult for clients to decide on a place for shooting - to choose a photo studio. Then I created a page on my website with a selection of all Tver photo studios. And before the photo shoot, I sent it to the client. Everything in one place - photos of the interior, cost and addresses of photo studios - what could be simpler! And it helped.
